2月9日,Solera东亚及东南亚区董事总经理Chung, Soo Cheon 先生带领Solera销售总监赵香滨先生、销售总监刘泽曦先生、南区销售经理周利平女士、西区销售顾问黄杨先生一行到访电驴时代新津基地,电驴时代CEO张斌先生、电驴海外事业部负责人张发光先生、电驴闪修板块负责人张建军先生参与接待,双方围绕产业融合、合作落地等核心议题开展深度洽谈。 

CHENGDU, China — February 9, 2026 — In a move to deepen industry integration and explore the future of synergistic growth, Chung, Soo Cheon, Area Managing Director, Solera East and Southeast Asia, led a senior delegation to visit the Xinjin Base of Emule (Dianlv Shidai).

The Solera delegation included Xiangbin Zhao (Sales Director), Jason Liu (Sales Director), Apple Zhou (South China Sales Manager), and Huang Yang (West China Sales Consultant). They were received by Emule's leadership team, including CEO Zhang Bin, Zhang Faguang (Head of Emule oversea business), and Zhang Jianjun (Head of Emule "head of Emule Maintenance and Repairing"). The visit focused on high-level discussions regarding industrial fusion and the implementation of strategic cooperation.

到访期间,在张发光先生的全程讲解下,Chung, soo cheon 先生一行先后走进基地展厅、标准化产线、专业培训教室,全方位了解电驴时代的发展历程、产业布局与核心实力,近距离感受品牌在三电服务领域的标准化流程与技术沉淀。

During the visit, guided by Mr. Zhang Faguang, the Solera delegation toured the facility's exhibition hall, standardized production lines, and professional training classrooms. The tour provided a comprehensive look at Emule's development history, industrial layout, and core strengths. Mr. Chung and his team gained firsthand insight into Emule's standardized processes and technical expertise within the "Three Electronic Components" (TEC) service sector—encompassing battery, motor, and electric control systems.

Following the tour, both parties engaged in a deep-dive session to align their strategic objectives. Mr. Zhang Faguang detailed Emule's four core business segments: Maintenance and Repair, Extended Warranty, Specialized Inspection, and Training Academy. He emphasized Emule's competitive advantages in TEC repair technology, talent cultivation, and full-lifecycle vehicle protection. In response, Mr. Chung, Soo Cheon highlighted Solera's core competencies in the global automotive aftermarket. He focused on Solera's strengths in data services and insurance claim solutions, sharing the company's extensive global industrial footprint and experience. He noted that Solera's deep accumulation in luxury brand services and industry data empowerment offers significant strategic complementarity with Emule's specialized business segments.

座谈中,双方结合核心优势,围绕新能源后市场数据赋能、保险理赔与三电服务融合等方向深入探讨,达成高度共识,双方已初步同意开展相互合作,实现产业协同共赢。

The discussion reached a high level of consensus on several key directions, specifically data empowerment for the NEV aftermarket and the integration of insurance claims with TEC services. Both parties have preliminarily agreed to collaborate with each other aiming for a "win-win" industrial synergy.
